1. Digital Services and Subscriptions
TradeForge Construction & Equity Inc. ("TradeForge") provides digital services including platform access, project management tools, procurement features, and subscription-based plans. All payments are for digital services delivered electronically through the TradeForge platform. Upon purchase or subscription activation, you receive immediate access to the applicable platform features and tools.
2. Subscription Billing and Cancellation
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis according to the plan selected (monthly or annual). Billing terms:
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support
- Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active through the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged again
- No partial-period refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle
- If you cancel an annual subscription, access continues through the remainder of the annual term
3. Conditions Where Refunds May Be Granted
TradeForge may issue a refund at its discretion in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate charges: If you were charged more than once for the same subscription or service due to a billing error
- Service unavailability: If the platform experiences extended downtime (exceeding 72 consecutive hours) that prevents you from using services you paid for
- Billing errors: If an incorrect amount was charged due to a system or pricing error
- First-time subscribers: If you request a refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase and have not substantially used platform features
Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. TradeForge reserves the right to determine whether a refund is warranted.
4. Non-Refundable Services
The following are generally non-refundable:
- Subscription fees after the initial 7-day period for first-time subscribers
- Subscription renewals (monthly or annual) once the new billing period has begun
- One-time service fees for completed deliverables (e.g., project setup, custom configurations)
- Fees for services that have been fully delivered or consumed
- Add-on features or upgrades that have been activated and used
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact TradeForge support with the following information:
- Your account email address
- The date and amount of the charge in question
- The reason for your refund request
- Any supporting documentation (screenshots, error messages, etc.)

We aim to review and respond to all refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method through Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution.
6. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is unauthorized, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider. We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly and working with you directly is faster than the chargeback process. Filing a chargeback without first contacting TradeForge may result in account suspension pending resolution.
7. Changes to This Policy
TradeForge may update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers.
